A just death. If I were, to say, use my powers for my own personal gain at the expense and lives of others, and then I were to be killed, that would be considered a "just" death.
It's difficult to say, exactly, who created the game, only that it has existed in some iteration since the beginning of time. It's meant, ultimately to destroy worlds with the ultimate purpose of birthing an entire new universe. A small price to pay.
